Throwback Thursday - Troop
Who reading this is old enough to remember "Troop?" Their smash, "Spread My Wings" was all over radio in the Summer of 1990. They all had jacked up hair (Horrific high top fades going in all sorts of different directions), but I guess it was a sign of the times. In either case, they had a great sound. It's a shame that you didn't really hear anything from them past '91...but I guess the same can be said for several acts of the New Jack Swing Era...Let's just hope for their sake that they've fired their barber in the last 24 years or so....
